Our favorite, the beach house. Considering we’re in the beautiful state of Hawaii where oceanfront property abounds, we naturally prefer the beach house. Many homeowners and investors do as well, as it’s the most relaxing of all options – important for those who want privacy and the ability to unwind at the end of the day. With the beach just a stone’s throw away, it’s easy to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings, while you listen to the comforting and lulling sounds of the water. As with most real estate, oceanfront properties may be relatively cheap or cost a pretty penny – but in the end, you get what you pay for. Beach living is the ultimate desire for those who want to put the hustle, bustle, and constant noise of busy city life behind them.
