Letter to Owners from Robert Chancer
Aloha,
Over the past 9.5 years, it has been our team’s honor and privilege to provide the highest level of professional real estate services to homeowners, guests, visitors, and families at the Mauna Kea Resort and in the greater Kona-Kohala Coast area. As of December 31, 2022, Mauna Kea Realty will start a new chapter as the Hawai’i Life Mauna Kea team.
As part of our agreement with the ownership and management of Mauna Kea Resort, we are sunsetting the brand name of Mauna Kea Realty. While we will no longer be the resort's onsite real estate service provider, we will continue to serve this area. Our current team of Bob Chancer, Steve Hurwitz, Jake Chancer, Jim Allison, M.J. Allison, Kele Makaiaua, and Kaleo Warfield will continue serving Mauna Kea and beyond, into Kona and Kohala coasts, and upland from Waikoloa and Waimea to North Kohala.
Our affiliation with Hawai’i Life, the state's largest independent and locally owned real estate company, has only contributed to our success since we joined forces in 2018. That will not change. With Hawai’i Life, we have become one of the top-performing real estate companies in sales volume.
